Please RSVP by July 20th. We will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 3:30pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow!

There is no transportation provided to the ceremony. However, there will be a shuttle providing free transportation between the reception venue and the Cobblestone Hotel from 9:00pm to 12:00 am.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Odessa Event Center (3892 Eastbay Road, Warwick, ND). If weather permits, the ceremony will take place outdoors. Please dress accordingly!

Our celebration will be semi-formal, with the ceremony taking place outdoors. We’d love for you to dress nicely while staying comfortable in the setting! The bridal party will be in shades of blue.
