This is a story of boy meets girl. The boy, Jon Vincent, of Willard, Missouri grew up thinking he'd become a mathematician. The girl, Lexi Locke of Springfield, Missouri, grew up believing she would become a cat lady.

Jon met Lexi for coffee in the Spring of 2017, each driving up in the same white model of Ford Escape, and that's when Lexi knew almost immediately, that he's the boy she had been searching for. This is a story of boy meets girl, and you should know up front, that this is their love story.

Jon and Lexi's first date was at Jinn's Korean Restaurant, followed by a tv viewing of a documentary called "The Irish Pub." It was the perfect first date. Soon after, the two were inseparable and joined at the hip. At the ripe age of 22, Lexi was working at the Springfield Symphony while Jon was finishing his Bachelor's degree at MSU. They lived goofy adventures of their own until moving in together in 2019 to their first apartment.

Shortly after moving in together, along came their cat Chamomile which took over their whole world. All three of them conquered the COVID-19 pandemic, Jon's Master's degree, and much more. After four years of dating, Jon proposed to Lexi at Alley Springs Campground in Eminence, Missouri.

Once engaged, the couple moved to Louisville, Kentucky, their newfound home.
