There are a variety of hotels in Hays, KS which all sit within 10 minutes of the venue. We have learned there is a high volume of events occurring in Hays the weekend of our wedding - with this being said IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FROM OUT OF TOWN PLEASE DO NOT DELAY BOOKING A HOTEL!!! There is a hanful of AirBnB's in Hays as well.

It has come to our attention that our venue is not yet pulling up on Apple and Google Maps due to it being a newer venue. The exact address is provided on our invites, which can be plugged into your maps. Otherwise, The Midnight Ranch is located 7 miles north of Hays on HWY 183, it is on the east side of the highway on Buckeye Rd.

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Although denim jeans is allowed for men, we ask you dress to your finest. Women we ask you wear dresses. Please avoid any shades of white!

Yes! Upon RSVP you should be able to see all members of your family, if someone from your family is missing please let us know so we can correct it!

Yes, we are allowing all indidvudals to bring a second person. But please respect this and only RSVP for those who are coming due to catering accommodations.

Please RSVP by August 14th to allow us to get numbers to our vendors.

You will be dearly missed! We ask that you still RSVP as "not attending" in order to help us keep track of our guests for our catering and other vendors.

Our ceremony will begin at 5 in the afternoon so please arrive around 4:30 to allow time to get settled into your seats.

The Midnight Ranch has a large gravel parking lot for guests to park in on the West side of the venue.
