What is the dress code?

Our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Are children allowed?

While we adore our little ones, we have strictly chosen an adults only affair. Only kids that are included in our wedding party will be present. We hope that with sufficient notice, child care can be arranged to allow for a fun night of celebrating!

Can I bring a plus one?

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Hotel Accomodations

While there are many lodging options in the area, we are encouraging guests to stay at The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Yorkville, IL. Shuttles will only be available at this hotel before and after the event. It is also located next to the bar where we will be having our after party, allowing for a quick and safe walk back to the hotel room at the end of the night. See “Travel” page for more details.

Parking

The safety of our guests is our top priority! In addition to being Uber/Lyft accessible, we will be providing shuttles for transport at the end of the night. For those that choose to drive, there will be free on-site parking with attendants available to guide you. Cars can remain parked on the property overnight, but MUST be picked up no later than 9AM the following morning.

Handicap Accomodations

Our venue offers golf cart shuttles to escort guests anywhere on the property for our handicap loved ones. With the exception of our ceremony being on the grass, the rest of the evening will be on a flat, paved surface.

Will there be any dietary accomodations for dinner?

A vegetarian meal option can be requested at the time of submitting your RSVP. For those that follow a gluten free diet, our dinner buffet offers 2 entrees & 3 sides that are GF. (No special requests needed)
