We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing traditional bridal colors, black tuxedos, or light blue satin so the couple and wedding party can truly stand out.

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space at our venue, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you have received a plus one it will be listed on your invitation.

While we adore your little ones, due to limited space we are only able to invite the children named on your invitation. If your child’s name is included on your invitation, they’re invited—otherwise, we hope you can enjoy a relaxing night out with us!

Ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 in the afternoon. Please arrive no later than 2:45. The reception and dinner will follow immediately after and will conclude by 10:00 pm.

We are aware that a January wedding in Western North Carolina means potential for snow or ice. As the venue is located right off of main roads, we will not be canceling or changing dates due to weather. If you have concerns with traveling, safety, need a ride, or will no longer be attending please let us know ASAP!

The wedding will be indoors at the church and the reception will also be indoors with the option to move into a covered outdoor patio weather permitting.

Parking is available and restricted to the designated parking lots located outside of the church and reception venue. All attending parties must abide by Town of Weaverville parking regulations. Failure to comply with parking regulations may result in the issuance of parking citations.

We’re so excited to celebrate with all of you! Invitations will be sent out before Thanksgiving, and we need your “yes!” (or “sadly, no”) by December 17th so we can save you a seat, a plate, and a spot on the dance floor. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’re not attending, but we’ll miss you!
