Shout out to Hinge and internet dating for bringing Kyle and Lexi together! Kyle and Lexi both went Ball State University for college, but it wasn’t until they both moved to Carmel a couple years after graduating that it was time for their love story to start.Their first date was at a local Mexican restaurant, Verde where Kyle would later take Lexi back to right before he proposed. Kyle grew up in South Bend, and Lexi Georgetown funny enough Carmel is almost exactly in the middle.

We know most of you will be traveling for the day or making a weekend out of our special day and cannot thank you enough. There are TONS of things to do around the area, so have listed some of our favorite spots and hot spots to checkout while in town.&nbsp;

Carmel-25 minutes from Venue

If you don't love roundabouts, Carmel might not be for you as it has 150 and can be confusing for first timers.-The Art District-Walk or bike the Monon-Go shopping at Clay Terrace, we love to stop over at cold stone for some ice cream-Cake Bake, it is defiantly an experience for the girls, but the taste is for everyone. Imagine pink, sparkles and huge pieces of cake. If you plan on going, we can see it right from our apartment and would love to join!-Bell Tower picnic-Coffee at Zing Cafe in West Clay

Fishers-30 minutes from Venue

-Connor Prairie-Ikea, and Portillos, and top golf all on the same exit (116th street)

Westfield-30 mintues from Venue

-Big Hoffa's BBQ, if you have had this you know it is some of the best BBQ and a fun atmosphere always worth the trip -Urban Vines a winery, kid and dog friendly.  -Urban Apples a cidery, kid and dog friendly. -West Fork Whiskey  -Birdies Mini Golf (Fun Fact we went there on our 3rd date, Lexi lost by a lot some of you aren't shocked)

- Cavity Factory if you have a sweet tooth this place has some super cool cookie.- Newfields Museum is a fun art museum and flower garden during the spring and summer.- Children’s Museum- Indianapolis Zoo-The Garage Food Hall
