SHUTTLE DETAILS
Shuttles are available from The Inn at Middletown and The Courtyard Marriott in Cromwell for transportation to and from the venue on the wedding day.
Shuttles will depart each hotel at 2:50 pm for the ceremony. Shuttles will leave the venue at 10 pm to return to each hotel following the reception.
Room Block Details
Room blocks have been reserved at The Inn at Middletown and The Courtyard Marriott in Cromwell.
A shuttle will be available for transportation from both room block locations to the venue before the ceremony and back to the hotels after the reception! Both room block locations are about a 30 minute drive from the venue.
If you are looking to stay closer to the venue or spend more time exploring the area, there are many other beautiful B&B and hotel options listed below the room blocks. Shuttle service will only be available for the room block locations.
Inn at Middletown
There is a subset of rooms reserved at the group rate for 8/15-8/17 for those looking to stay the night before the wedding.
Reservations must be made by July 1st, 2025 to guarantee the block rate.
Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15%). Upon booking, guests are charged a deposit in the amount of the first night stay plus tax to hold the reservation. Reservations cancelled 48 hours in advance of stay will be refunded the deposit.
Courtyard Hartford Cromwell

Reservations must be made by July 16th, 2025 (one month prior to the wedding) to guarantee the block rate.

There is no room block rate or shuttle for these options, but some are closer to the venue or offer their own fun perks! There are a good number of AirBnB rentals in the area as well.
