There will be 10 cabins on site for guests to stay, with varying occupancy rates (13 person cabins all the way down to 4 person cabins) and sizes of beds in each. Due to our unique accommodation situation, Alex and I will be disseminating our guests that we know are extremely close friends or close family together in cabins! This will allow us to have everyone be able to stay over, instead of having some cabins half empty which would not allow us to house everyone! Don’t worry, you will not be put with someone you are not comfortable with!

Once the RSVPs have been received, if it is learned that most people will be travelling home, this will open up the ability for guests to have their own cabin. I will let our guests know should that be the case.

We have also secured 11 rooms at Sioux Narrows Motel as well for couples, single people who do not know others, or couples that do NOT want to share a cabin. We ask that you please try to leave these rooms for guests that genuinely don’t know anyone else or have personal reasons they need their own space. The motel is a very short 5 minute walk from the venue. Please contact Marc at 807-226-5270 to reserve your room ASAP. First come first serve.
