The story of Chris and Lexie starts out quite comical. Chris first saw and heard of Lexie on a Facebook post of Jacob Tillman's. Tillman, Lindsey, and Lexie had just completed the Murph workout challenge when Tillman posted a picture that Chris quickly reacted to saying "Who's that Lexie girl?" After a quick social medial stalking of Lexie's profiles, Chris was very intrigued. He played it cool for a couple of days, but couldn't help himself to hitting that "follow" and "add friend" button to see what else he could learn about Lexie. Lexie of course got one look at that profile picture and immediately accepted and began her social media stalking as well as vetting him to everyone she knew. It didn't take long for "likes" and small conversations over social media to lead to exchanging numbers and diving deeper into getting to know each other. Sooner rather than later, Lexie cooked him a dinner after a day of SWAT training where they would finally see each other in person for the first time. They both say that as soon as they laid eyes on each other in person for the first time they were awestruck and that social media didn't even compare to seeing each other in person. With Chris still living in Lone Grove, they made time to see each other as often as possible. Chris would always be sure to stop by when he was in the area bringing Lexie a diet coke... he already knew the way to her heart! Increasing the time spent with each other, the two began to fall for each other for both of their amazing attributes and characteristics that they brought to this relationship. Only approximately two months into their beginning, Lexie told Chris that she was falling in love with him and the past two months have been the best time of her life. Chris agreed and stated his love for her back. Things began to move very quickly for the couple but there hasn't been a single regret. Chris and Lexie quickly realized that long distance wasn't cutting it and Chris moved in with Lexie in Ada. Their love is truly remarkable to witness and to hear them talk about their love for one another will absolutely warm your heart. They were engaged by December and Creede became a big brother to Crue in June. We can't wait to gather together to celebrate their unity.
