Yes, we will be providing transportation. The shuttle will leave the Fairfield Inn at 4:45pm. If you prefer to drive yourself to the venue, there is valet parking available. There will be shuttles from the venue back to the hotel departing at 10pm and another one at the end of the reception.
Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors in the beautiful Wedding Garden. Cocktail Hour will be held on the Sunset Deck, which is an enclosed deck that will be open to the outdoors if the weather is seasonable. The reception will be held indoors in the Ballroom.
What is the dress code?
Attire for the Ceremony/Reception is Cocktail. We encourage men to wear a suit and tie and women to wear a cocktail length dress, jumpsuit or dressy suit.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are so excited to have you join us on our special day and we want to enjoy every moment with you. Therefore, we ask that during the ceremony you please turn all cell phones and cameras off. We will have professional photographers and videographers present to capture all of the special moments and we cannot wait to share all of it with you. During the reception, we encourage everyone to take as many pictures as they would like and share them with us using the QR code on our homepage.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
If you do not plan to take the provided transportation from the hotel, please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 5:15pm.
When does the reception end & will there be an after-party?
The wedding reception ends at 11pm. There will be an after-party at Keltic Table & Tap, which is a short walk from the hotel. We would love for you continue to celebrate with us at the after-party.
Are kids allowed?
While we love your children, unless specified on the invitation, we hope that you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night with your significant other.
