Due to the capacity of our venue, only guests who receive a plus one from the bride and groom are able to.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be outdoors but under a tent. There are climate controlled restrooms available. Please note that the entire day will be in grass so wear appropriate shoes.

Yes, there will be people to guide you to where you need to park. The parking is beside the ceremony and reception. If you need shuttle service or handicap parking please let one of the workers know upon your arrival.

The children who attend are ones who are on the formal invitation. Please have your child seated at their table once the reception starts and during dinner. After dinner is over, they are able to run around and spend time at the kids table. Part of cocktail hour will be around a pool. Please watch your children. The pool will NOT have a cover over it.

You may smoke but the bride and groom ask for you to step outside of the tent and not around other guests while you smoke. Please throw butts away in the garbage and NOT in the grass.

We love and trust our photographer to capture our special moments during the ceremony so we ask guests to not take photos using their phones or personal cameras. The ceremony is an unplugged ceremony.
