Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Gathering Grounds Waterfront Venue. Please be prepared to be outside for the 30 minute ceremony. Cocktail hour and reception will be inside the venue.

Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow you to park, sign the guestbook, and find a seat. When you arrive, please walk around the right side of the venue where you will be greeted by our ushers to help you find your seat.

The only request we make is to please put your phone away during the ceremony. We have incredible photographers to capture our ceremony. However, feel free to take photos throughout the rest of the evening.

Please reference your invitation or our website to see whether you have a plus one. If you do not, please refrain from bringing someone as we can only accommodate a certain number of guests.

Please reference your invitation. Although we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adult only event with the exception of family and close friends.

We will have a hosted bar for a period of time which will include beer, seltzers, and wine. A cash bar will be opened after. Mixed drinks will be available for purchase. Please celebrate accordingly and have a way to get home safely or plan on riding the shuttle back to the hotel!

We would love to see everyone dressed up for our big day! Dress code is cocktail attire.

We will have a shuttle available to take 1 trip from the hotel in Pella to the Gathering Grounds for the ceremony. It will arrive at the hotel at 3 and leave no later than 3:20. It will then make two return trips from the Gathering Grounds back to the hotel later that evening. The first shuttle will leave the Gathering Grounds at 9, and the last one will leave at 11.
