Due to some issues with the ZTL permit for the transportation service the shuttle buses will pick all guests up from Villa Constanza outside of downtown Florence. There will be two pick up times. Please take the shuttle associated with your name in the pictures sent to you. Guests taking the 12:30pm shuttles, please arrive at 12:00pm and those taking the 3:30pm shuttles, please arrive at 3:00pm. Buses will wait for any guests that are late, but please be mindful that buses will charge for delays in the schedule.
Attached below are directions from the airport to the main Florence station and the main Florence station to the Villa Constanza tram stop.
The villa is also a 15 min car drive from Florence airport for those traveling directly from the airport to the shuttle.
Florence Airport To Firenze Santa Maria
The T2 tram line runs directly from the airport to Santa Maria Novella railway station, the main train station in Florence. The ride takes about 20 minutes and costs €1.70 per ticket.
You can also choose to take the bus from Volainbus to the center. This runs every half hour from the airport to near the Santa Maria Novella station. The journey takes twenty minutes. The price is € 6 per person for a single trip.
Florence To Villa Costanza
From Firenze Maria train station to Villa Constanza you will take the T1 tram. The ride takes about 20 minutes and costs €1.70 per ticket.
If you choose to take a taxi, it is approximately 20 min away.
