Austin Bergstrom airport is the closest airport to Mae's Ridge. It is 45 minutes away from the venue and just 30 minutes from Dripping Springs (where the hotel blocks are located). Alternatively, San Antonio International Airport is just over an hour to Dripping Springs and Mae's Ridge.

The temperatures in Austin in March are comfortable with low of 51°F (11°C) and a high up to 69°F (21°C). You can expect about 3 to 8 days of rain in Austin during the month of March. Feel free to bring a light jacket as evenings can get a little chilly!

Yes! There is plenty of free onsite parking. The parking is just in front of the reception hall and a short walk to the ceremony site.

Please arrive at 1:45pm to enjoy the string quartet before the wedding. See if you can "Name that Tune!"

Wear what makes you comfortable and make sure you can throw some shapes on the dance floor! Fascinators, cowboy boots, dresses and bolo ties all welcome!

The wedding ceremony will be outside! The ceremony site has a concrete path and astroturf for the chairs, so don't worry about muddy shoes! Should our day be blessed with rain, we have a plan B (outdoor, but covered pavilion) and a plan C (inside the reception hall) should the weather be particularly unco-operative. The cocktail hour will be outside where there will be drinks, snacks, music and lawn games. Followed by dinner inside the reception hall. Dancing to follow indoors, but if that's not your thing, feel free to take advantage of the lawn games on the patio!

We would like to please ask that guests refrain from taking pictures/videos during the ceremony as we want everyone to share our special moment. We also have an amazing photographer and videographer to document our day! Feel free to snap all the photos and videos to your hearts content at the reception and share with us using #blenkinsopwedding on your socials!

Having you at our wedding is gift enough, but should you wish to bring a gift, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

HECK YEAH! Are you even allowed to get married without an open bar? We will be serving a selection of beer, wine, and choice cocktails, as well as soft drinks and water.

We will have our grand exit at 9:45pm and festivities concluded at 10pm. There will be transportation to take you back to your accommodation. If you're not ready to "hit the hay" yet, there will be an after party bonfire at Hillside Acres Retreat (just down the hill from Mae's Ridge) from 10:30pm - Midnight. BYOB.
