We will have 2 coach buses, leaving Hotel Covington promptly at 1:00pm, please use them!! Those same buses will be leaving Bellarmine Chapel at 3:30pm after the ceremony to head back down to Hotel Covington.

Hotel Covington: Valet Parking is $25/overnight with complimentary in and out privileges. Self parking is also available just down the street in the City Center Parking Garage (24E W 7th St, Covington, KY 41011)

Contact the Hotel Covington front desk directly to coordinate both airport pick-up and drop-off if you are interested. It is not a guaranteed service. It is only about a 20 minute Uber from the airport.

We’re serving a duet-style plate of chicken and beef with two sides. No need to choose, you get a bit of everything!

Yes, we are able to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions or allergies. To ensure we can provide the best options for everyone, please make sure to inform us of any specific dietary needs or allergies when you RSVP.

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we have a professional photographer dedicated to capturing the day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the flow of the ceremony. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

While we kindly ask that the reception be an adults-only event, we would be delighted for your little ones to join us at the wedding ceremony. We truly appreciate your presence and can’t wait to celebrate together!
