The dress code for the wedding vows and reception is formal, please!

The wedding vows will take place inside Capitol Island's meeting house. The reception will take place at a seaside inn in the Harbor. Both locations will be indoors with opportunity to walk outside if the weather permits!

Very unpredictable, we're afraid! We recommend packing layers as the weather in June may range anywhere between 50s to 80s depending on our luck!

We are extraordinarily lucky to be a part of your kiddo's lives. That being said, this wedding will be a well-deserved night off for the parents. Please let us know if you need help finding babysitting.

As much as we would love to meet the special someone in your life, we are keeping the guest list to people we know. If you have a plus one, it is indicated on your invitation!

We would very much prefer you do not! We will have a ferry ready at the Oceanside Inn to take everyone to the venue and back to the reception. As the wedding venue takes place on Capitol Island, it is important to us we remain mindful of our neighbors and not flood the small parking lot with cars, thanks!

Nope! The welcome drinks and reception are located at the hotel. The wedding vows will take place on Capitol Island, transportation by ferry will be provided to get from the hotel to the wedding venue!

The closest airport to the venue is located in Portland, ME. This is about a 1.5 hour drive from Boothbay Harbor.

We would prefer you eat at your pace and chat freely, so there will be stations and little seating areas available all night. No sit down dinner!

The food at the wedding has options to accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan. If you have additional concerns, please reach out to the Bride or Groom well ahead of time and we can work something out!
