If you wish to spend the night, we have blocked off rooms at the hotel until June 26th 2024, space will be limited following this cut off date. We kindly request you arrange travel arrangements to arrive at the Gimli resort, there is parking for guests along with street parking.

The ceremony is planned to be beach front (weather permitting), the reception will be in the banquet hall. (Ceremony will be in the banquet hall if needed due to weather) Dinner will be inside the banquet hall following the ceremony. Presentation.

We care very much for all of your children, however due to limited space - we kindly ask that this event remains adult only.

TBD - we have a buffet style planned with plenty of options including vegetarian options.

We request you be on the beach in front of the resort 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony due to limited seating

We are planning to have the ceremony end around 4:30 and cocktail hour begin at 5pm.

Don't worry! We plan on having a taco bar as a late night snack!

The reception will end at 1AM. Ask Jase King for his room # and there may be an after party!

For the ceremony, we request there are no phone pictures as we have a photographer to capture the moments. Feel free to any other time! We also have a photo booth that will be on site at the reception following dinner.
