Sean and Libby's journey began in 2011 when their paths first crossed. Though life took them in different directions, fate had other plans. It wasn't until March 2021 that they reconnected, when Sean invited Libby on a date to The Federal Hotel. Despite the excitement of their reunion, both believed the other wasn't interested, leading them to part ways once again.

In 2022, Sean embarked on an adventure in Australia with his best man, Giles. One evening, after a few too many beers, Sean found himself scrolling through Libby's Facebook page. In a moment of liquid courage, he accidentally liked one of her photos. To make his interest less obvious, Sean decided to send Libby a Snapchat. From that day forward, they exchanged Snapchats daily, rekindling their connection.

On November 6th, 2022, Libby's friend Chloe (also known as Finno) persuaded her to join Casterton's Women's Pre-season football training. After the session, they found themselves at the Bottom Pub, enjoying a sunny Sunday afternoon with a few too many drinks. With a tight schedule to return to Allendale by 5 PM, Sean came to Libby's rescue, picking her up and driving her home.

As they pulled into Libby's driveway, Sean seized the moment and asked Libby to be his girlfriend. From that point on, they built a beautiful life together at The Dunmoor Farm, embarking on numerous adventures and cherishing each other's company.

On Christmas Day 2024, at their beloved Dunmoor House, Sean got down on one knee and proposed to Libby. Without hesitation, Libby said YES!
