The weekend of our wedding is homecoming weekend for the local college. Please take this into account when booking. Some hotels sell out 6 months in advance!

We currently have rooms blocked at the Towneplace Suites by Marriott. Cut off day to reserve a room at the Towneplace suites is midnight on 08/28/23. Please refer to the airport/accommodations page for more information on the hotel as well as other options to stay in the area. Keep in mind there is a home football game the weekend of the wedding so places to stay fill up fast.

The dress code for the wedding is formal. However, we are planning to have the ceremony and potentially part of the reception outside so please dress accordingly.

With Montana there is no way to predict the weather for next September. Could be snowing, could be sunny and warm. Be sure to check the weather for Alberton, Montana prior to leaving. We are hoping to have the ceremony and part of the reception outside so I would recommend bringing a warm layer.

The ceremony will take place outside weather permitting with the reception being indoors. The hope is to potentially set up for the DJ and bar to be outside.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. During this time guests will be directed to the reception hall where appetizers and beverages will be served.

The venue is located about 25 minutes from downtown Missoula. The address is 6 Plateau Rd Alberton, Montana 59820. However, they are in the process of updating the address so you may also be able to search 218 Lost Lantern Trail Alberton, Montana 59820 to find the venue. Please keep in mind the venue is located outside the city so finding a last minute Uber or Lyft will be extremely difficult and expensive. We recommend having a designated driver or booking transport in advance.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to the wedding to ensure time to find parking. Guests who arrive after the start of the ceremony will be asked to stand in order to not disturb the wedding.

Parking at the venue is free and there is a shuttle service for those who need it from the parking lot to the venue. If the shuttle is busy it is also but a short walk to the venue up a paved road. Parking is limited so please carpool if able.
