Our Wedding

Like pretty much every other millennial couple, Pat &amp; Libby met on a dating app. In our case, it was Match.com - which Pat joined because he had a free month deal &amp; Libby joined after much convincing from her mom. After swiping right and several days of chatting later, we decided to meet up for coffee at Milstead &amp; Co. in Fremont. Libby still claims that Patrick was late for the first date - which Pat denies. Either way, both were pretty smitten &amp; didn't want to end the date after just an hour, so we quickly made a plan to walk Gas Works Park &amp; get a beer at Fremont Brewery (ironically Libby doesn't drink beer, so she suffered through a sour to spend more time with Pat). Following the first date, Pat &amp; Libby were pretty much inseparable. They went on their first vacation together to LA in March 2019, after only dating for a month. During the following year, they met each other's friends, introduced their fur babies to each other (Lady &amp; Daisy) and continued to travel (including Japan!). Then the pandemic hit, CHOP happened and the whole world seemed like it ended. In April 2020, Pat pseudo-moved in with Libby at her condo in Magnolia. During the next few months, he gradually moved clothing, furniture &amp; trinkets into Libby's condo until we decided to end his Capitol Hill studio lease in June 2020. Along with moving in together, during 2020 both Pat &amp; Libby got jobs at Microsoft. They also grew to love golfing together &amp; their fur babies became the best of friends. For Christmas 2021, Pat surprised Libby with a trip to Napa Valley. Little did she know, this was just one part in his grand proposal plan. In February 2022, Pat proposed to Libby at a fairy-tale winery in the middle of Napa Valley (he even quoted Taylor Swift's Love Story). It was the easiest 'yes' Libby has ever said. A few short weeks later, Pat &amp; Libby closed on their home in Renton, WA &amp; wedding planning officially began!

We strongly encourage guests to fly into Seattle Tacoma Airport (SEATAC). SEATAC is located evenly between Seattle and Tacoma. Our wedding at Farm 12 will take place in Puyallup, which is a suburb of Tacoma. On average, it takes about 30-45 minutes to get to Farm 12 from the airport.
