Much like Rihanna, we found love in a hopeless place… on a dating app in 2020.

Due to the pandemic, our first date was on Zoom. Mondo still managed to make an impression, sending Libby a custom email invitation to a “Zoom Gala”, to which she RSVPed with a hand-written letter. He had dinner delivered to her apartment and we both dressed in fancy clothes with our backgrounds set to images of the MET Gala.

Three years after that first date, Mondo got down on one knee and proposed on the steps of the MET in New York City at Christmastime. We are so proud of the supportive, honest, fun-loving, and adventurous relationship we’ve built, and can’t wait to continue this journey together!
