Local Lunch Places

These are conveniently located food spots between the ceremony and the reception.

Big Guys: Personal favorite, great barbecue, the fries are to die for!

Flameburger: American Diner Food, a classic among us and our friends.

Spitz: Gyro spot we love to eat at with amazing sweet potato fries.

Leo's Malt Shop: (Pictured above) Great spot in downtown Stillwater near the venue.

Red Luna Seasons: Great Mexican food, we get the machete!

Ichiddo Ramen: Great Ramen, the soft-boiled egg is amazing.

The Original Pancake House: Great Breakfast Food, hits especially after a 5k.

Mi Sant: Excellent Vietnamese Pastries and Sandwiches. Split one of everything!

Taste of Scandinavia: Great Pastries, also next to cheapo records

Punch Pizza: A lovely neopolitan style pizza.

Local Parks

These are local parks that allow for a nice walk after lunch!

Central Park: A relaxing walk around Lake Bennett

Reservoir Woods: A great walk up to the reservoir in Roseville

Carver Lake Park: Amazing boardwalk! We've gone fishing off the boardwalk and caught nothing :/

The Gateway/Browns Creek Trail: This splits the reception venue, one of our favorites!

Fairy Falls Trailhead: Try to find it!

Valley View Park: Great view of the valley and the St. Croix Bridge.

Blaine Wetland Sanctuary: Amazing walk! Just make sure your hat is secured!

Taylors Falls/Schooneys: Where we had our first date and first slice of pizza together.

William O'Brien State Park: A wonderful state park.

Afton State Park: A wonderful walk with great views

Long Lake Regional Park: Check out the historical society as well!


Food

Brother's Taqueria: Amazing Mexican Food, we also get the machete here (to split of course)

The Market at Malcolm Yards: Beer garden and a wide variety of food, the Wrecktangle Pizza is great.

Namaste: One of our favorites, amazingly flavorful and great atmosphere.

Leela on 8: Really good spot, the breakfast burrito is really good!

Pho 400: Amazing Pho, really good sesame chicken, one of our favorites!
