Our Story
It all began because Lidia couldn’t find a seat…
Such an insignificant moment changed the course of both our lives so drastically, it’s hard to imagine our lives apart.
That lucky pebble that caused the landslide….
The most positive catastrophe.
Over 5 and a half years, and quite an extended engagement, almost 30,000 miles of road trips, hundreds of life changing experiences, two college degrees, teacher credentialling, moving in together during a pandemic…
all of these things we got to do as best friends and partners.
And now we get to make a memory that was only possible because of the work we’ve put in together...
We get to pledge our love, in front off all of you, where Kyle grew up.
We have so many more things to experience, so many more road trips, and so much more room to grow together. It’s hard to believe that this is the beginning.
We’re so excited to share all of this with you, our dear family & friends. Come, partake in our love for a day, and we hope you can take a bit of what we’ve built home with you (and maybe some of our luck too).
Because thats the best part of love, it’s contagious, and tends to like those that aren’t really looking for it. You just have to be open to it’s possibility.
Nuestra Historia
Todo empezó porque Lidia no encontraba un asiento…
Un momento tan insignificante cambió el curso de nuestras vidas tan drásticamente que es difícil imaginar nuestras vidas separadas.
Esa piedra de la suerte que provocó el derrumbe...
La catástrofe más positiva.
Más de 5 años y medio y un compromiso bastante extenso, casi 30,000 millas de viajes por carretera, cientos de experiencias que cambiaron la vida, dos títulos universitarios, acreditación de maestros, vivir juntos durante una pandemia...
todas estas cosas que tenemos que hacer como mejores amigos y pareja.
Y ahora tenemos la oportunidad de crear un recuerdo que solo fue posible gracias al trabajo que hemos realizado juntos...
Podemos prometer nuestro amor, frente a todos ustedes, donde creció Kyle.
Tenemos muchas más cosas que experimentar, muchos más viajes por carretera y mucho más espacio para crecer juntos. Es difícil creer que este es el comienzo.
Estamos muy emocionados de compartir todo esto con ustedes, nuestra querida familia y amigos. Ven, participa de nuestro amor por un día, y esperamos que puedas llevarte a casa un poco de lo que hemos construido (y tal vez también algo de nuestra suerte).
Porque esa es la mejor parte del amor, es contagioso y tiende a gustar a aquellos que realmente no lo buscan. Solo tienes que estar abierto a su posibilidad.
