Our Wedding

Lilia and Fernando met in '2020 thru mutual friends. From that moment they immediately felt attracted to each other. At that time Fernando was living in his hometown of Temple, Texas and Lilia lived in Springtown, TX. After months of daily phone calls and face timing, Fernando made a trip to Springtown to officially go on their first date. After the second date the relationship was made official as boyfriend and girlfriend. After three months of commuting from Temple to Fort Worth, Fernando decided to relocate to the Fort Worth area permanently. After Lilia's high school graduation Fernando gifted her a promise ring to one day make her his fiancée. After Fernando's relocation to Fort Worth they became inseparable. After dating for 3 years on December 4, 2022 Fernando ask to meet with Lilia's parents to ask for their blessing in marrying Lilia and to take the next steps towards marriage. Fernando respected the old school Hispanic traditions in asking for Lilia's hand in marriage from her father. Both of Lilia's parents proudly gave their blessings to the marriage and have thanked God daily for placing such a wonderful man as Fernando in her life. On January 1, 2023 as we rang in the New Year, Fernando officially proposed to Lilia and presented her with her engagement ring. After the engagement both families have been overly excited and have been collaborating together in planning a beautiful wedding that we hope to be able to share with family and friends.
