The ceremony will take place outdoors in the Refinery Courtyard. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors at the Refinery South.

Ride-share is strongly encouraged, but if you must drive the venue does offer free parking. Please park on the side of the Refinery with the water tower. If you are staying at the Sheraton Louisville Riverside Hotel, they do offer a free shuttle to and from the venue until 11:00pm.

The deadline to RSVP is May 1st, 2025. To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. If we do not receive your response in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please arrive to the venue no later than 4:45pm to accommodate time for parking and finding your seat.

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting all guests wear formal attire for our wedding. Think “garden party”. Please feel free to look at our “attire inspo” page for ideas.

If you received a plus one, your guest’s name will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Please reach out to us for any concerns over this.

As much as we love your little ones, only those listed on your RSVP are formally invited. We hope that you can still make it and use our wedding as a date night for you and your partner to enjoy. Thank you for understanding.
