Matt and Lili started dating in 2018. They met in Boston, MA where they were both working and living. They immediately bonded over their love for nature, traveling, and being weird and silly in the best ways. Lili immediately became part of Matt's family and one of his niece's favorite Aunts. Matt has been fully embraced into the Byron family as well, even though he pushes some buttons here and there.

Matt and Lili moved in together during the pandemic, They then made a home for themselves in Eastie, but soon decided they needed to get out and do some traveling. With both of them working remotely, they were able to travel across the continental US visiting many National Parks. When they hit Utah, Matt proposed to Lili on top of a mountain and Lili said yes :)

There will be many more travels and adventures in their future. Next up their wedding!!
