We recommend flying in the Thursday night or Friday before the wedding. On Friday we will not be able to help move people from the airport to their hotels.

The reception will be immediately following the wedding, we plan to start the reception at about 3:00 to give everyone time to get ready as needed. The reception is on the same campus as the ceremony, but be sure not to eat since catering will be provided at the reception pretty soon after the start. More details about the schedule will be given closer to the date.
