Our Wedding

Picture it...East Islip High School 1992...a young vibrant girl walks down the music hallway. She enters the full orchestra room and sits in front of the viola section and sets up her instrument. Shortly after, a tall athletic boy with flowing blonde hair and bright blue eyes walks in and sits behind the girl. They never really speak. They know of each other, have a few friends in common, but never really interact. She knows him as the smart and quirky soccer player. He knows her as the pretty dancer. Two years of this knowing each other, but just in passing dance, happened until he graduated and went off to college. Twenty-one years would go by before their paths would cross again. One night the girl, now a woman, gets a message from the boy, now a man, on a dating site. It was her WORST fear that someone from high school would reach out to her on a dating website. But, when she realized it was "just" JC Hood, she thought "oh I know him, he was nice, I'll respond." Shortly after that first message the two exchanged numbers and reconnected. Their first date was breakfast at Maureen's Kitchen. They began talking daily and then JC said they "needed to talk". At first Lillian thought he was married, had a kid, was moving out of the state...all the cliche things a girl could think of when the guy wanted to end it. But JC's bomb was that he was having knee replacement surgery in two weeks and would understand if Lillian didn't want to continue seeing him since he wouldn't be able to do much. In shock and then relief followed by laughter, Lillian said "well that's ridiculous JC. We can still date and get to know each other better while you recover." And so began their shared love of watching Santa Clause movie marathons, cooking together, and learning to lean on each other. The pair made it official on 11/25/2017 and by the Spring of 2018 they moved in together. Lillian enjoyed watching JC play softball and bowl. The two began to travel to his softball tournaments together and that's when their love of going to Disney World began. Every year they go to Disney for the holidays as JC knows how special the Christmas season is to Lillian. He gets her Christmas crazy and even though he is the bigger Disney person and the one that keeps adding to their Christmas decorations, it's a big part of who they are as a couple. Now, SEVEN YEARS LATER...after going through many ups, downs, and the unexpected turns life can bring...they have built a family with their three fur babies: London Pixie Paws, Isabella Poppy Bottom, &amp; Teeti Twinkle Toes. JC knows when to bring Lillian Toffifay or pistachio ice cream, and Lillian knows when JC needs popcorn or M&amp;M's. They are ready to tie the knot and share this special day with their loved ones!

Gina and the Bride have been friends for over 20yrs.  The two met while competing in Miss America Pageants.  Their love of all things Christmas, sparkle and Tequila is what keeps these two going. FOREVER a Best Friend, Sister, & Family!

Childhood friend of the Groom.  Ben and the Groom love sports and fantasy football.  While distance separates them, they share a deep bond.  The Groom is honored to have Ben as one of his Best Men.

Ben Gribbin

Childhood friend and brother to the Groom.  Frank was always there for the Groom growing up.  They share a love of bowling & hockey.  Having Frank by his side on this special day was so important to the Groom.

Frank Sasso 

Marissa is the Bride's Goddaughter.  The two share a special bond over dance, spa days & WILLY WONKA (the original). The love these two have for each other is beyond measure!

Marissa Ruyffelaert

The Bride has known Sara since her early teen years while dancing with her niece Marissa.  She is the Bride's Niece-in-Love and is a special person to the Bride and Groom.

Sara Olivotti

Susan is the Bride's niece.  She is crushing it at college! Susan and the bride share a love for softball & puppies.  And, the bride will always make time to do her hair for any occasion!

Susan Dominici

Oliver is the Bride's Godson & nephew.  His gentle soul and kind heart are what the Bride loves about him most.  This special day wouldn't be the same without him by the Bride's side.

Oliver Providoshin

Friend of the Groom that became family.  Joe gave the Groom a place to live for many years and in those years, they developed a special bond.  Keep an eye out for Joe doing the worm at the reception!

Joe Geraghty

Groom's college roommate.  Now the two play softball together Sunday mornings.  Fierce hockey rivals but always buds. Kris's favorite thing is to call a strike out on the Groom when he's at the plate! SWING THE BAT JC!

Kris Pinola

The Bride's nephew that has become an important person to the Groom.  Always ready to meet up for a drink, if he answers his texts, lol! He was the first one to call JC an UNCLE, or should we say "FUNcle"!

Victor Olivotti

Friend of the Groom.  Chris and JC met through the adult softball world.  In recent years, their bond grew strong not only on the softball field but also on the golf course.  Chris can often be found beating JC on the golf course!  

Chris Rodriguez

The daughter of the Matron of Honor and a niece to the Bride.  Aria's spunk and sweet personality is what makes her shine bright...a perfect Flower Doll for this special day!

Aria Caliguri

The son of the Matron of Honor and a nephew to the Bride.  Robby is the perfect little gentleman with the biggest heart.  The only dude to pick to protect the rings!

Sister-in -Love to the Bride and Bestie to the Groom.  Connie has become such a big part of the couple's life.  She is a trusted confident and part of the Baby Blue Eyes Crew.  Loved beyond words by the Bride & Groom!

THIS BLOCK IS SOLD OUT!You may call the hotel and see if any rooms are available, however, the discounted rate for our block may not apply. For those booked and confirmed at the hotel: Check-in is at 3:00pm &amp; Check-out is at 11:00am. **The Bride &amp; Groom will be staying at this hotel**

Hyatt Regency Long Island

TRANSPORTATION

The Bride &amp; Groom will have a shuttle bus to take guests staying at the Hyatt Regency to The Piermont and back to the hotel after the reception! Guests staying at the Hyatt Regency need to be down in the lobby by 6:30pm for a prompt departure at 6:45pm. There is only ONE trip to The Piermont so please be on time. The Shuttle bus will then meet guests after the reception at 1:15am to go back to the hotel. If you wish to leave the reception before 1:15am, you will need to secure your own transportation. *No transportation is provided from the hotel to the church for the 2:30pm ceremony*
