SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boulder Longmont
We have reserved a block of rooms at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott for 8/29 through 9/1. The last day to book within the block is Tuesday, July 30th 2024.
Other accommodations include a Courtyard Marriott and Residence Inn Marriott conveniently located next to the preferred SpringHill Suites by Marriott. If you would prefer to stay in Lyons, we recommend WeeCasa Tiny House Resorts, a tiny home village, or the A-Lodge, both located within walking distance of the venue!
Green Ride
Green Ride Shuttle Service will have several vehicles leaving from the SpringHill Suites by Marriot at 2:30 PM. This is the only time shuttles will be leaving for the venue.
There will be a shuttle leaving the venue at 8:00 PM, 9:00 PM, and several shuttles at 10:15 PM to return guests back to the SpringHill Suites by Marriot.
Driving to the venue
If you plan on driving to the venue, please note that there is ample parking available, but that the venue asks that we do not leave cars overnight. If vehicles have to be left overnight, we have been asked to please have them removed before 8:00 AM Saturday.
