What is the dress code?

We're so excited to have you join us for our special day! We kindly ask that you come dressed in formal or black-tie attire. Ladies, we can't wait to see you in beautiful floor-length dresses, and gentlemen, your suits and ties will add to the elegance of the evening. Let’s gather in style and make it a night to remember at the museum!

Do I need to RSVP?

We kindly ask that you RSVP for our special day. The museum has strict entry guidelines, and we want to make sure we have a plated dinner ready for each guest. Please be sure to RSVP by May 15th to secure your spot and help us plan an amazing celebration!

Can I bring a plus one?

We appreciate your understanding that we cannot accommodate plus ones unless specifically named on your invitation. This decision helps us create an intimate and meaningful celebration for all!

Can I bring my children?

As much as we love your children, this celebration is designed for parents to enjoy a night out! Unless otherwise noted in the RSVP portal, we kindly ask that you leave the little ones at home, relax, and have a fantastic time!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the 6pm ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors. Please dress accordingly in your garden party formal/black tie attire.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

During the cocktail hour, we will be serving an array of light passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a delicious plated dinner and wedding cake for dessert. Guests will have the option to choose their entree when they RSVP. Both the cocktail hour and reception will feature fully staffed bars, offering a wide selection of beverages. Non-alcoholic options will also be available to ensure everyone can enjoy the evening.

Our ceremony and reception will be held at Crystal Bridges. We encourage you to visit the museum on Friday or Saturday before the wedding to enjoy the incredible artwork and beautiful grounds, which feature many shaded trails. One of our first dates was at Yayoi Kusama's Infinity Mirrored Room, and it's a must-see! Thanks to the Walton Family Foundation, general admission to the museum is free.

Bentonville City Square

What we love most about Bentonville is the City Square! There’s so much to see and enjoy, so we’ve listed our favorites here. Ozark Mountain Bagels is probably Josh's most frequented spot in Northwest Arkansas. It’s one of a kind, especially when paired with a coffee from Onyx, a local favorite. If you're not in the mood for bagels, Crepes Paulette is another favorite breakfast spot. Since Bentonville is home to Walmart and where the Fortune 1 company started, you must stop by the Spark Cafe for some ice cream. Fun fact: In true 'dating a boy raised in NWA' fashion, for our fourth date, Josh picked me up from class and took me to the Walmart Museum and for ice cream at the Walton 5-10. For lunch, we recommend Yeyo's, Pedaler's Pub, or Wright’s BBQ. Wright's BBQ is the best in the area – Texan approved! For dinner, some of our favorite spots are Tusk &amp; Trotter, Tavola, The Preacher's Son, Oven &amp; Tap, and Table Mesa. You can’t go wrong with any of the local spots on the square! For a Saturday morning activity, the Farmer’s Market on the square is a must. It’s one of the best things our local community has to offer! After a morning at the market, the Slaughter Pen Trail and Compton Gardens provide a beautiful, scenic walk over to Crystal Bridges. Parking is free in Bentonville, with several parking garages around the square. We hope you enjoy it all as much as we do!

The Momentary

If you haven’t had your fill of art, visit The Momentary to see an installation or enjoy a drink at The Tower Bar, which offers the best view of Bentonville. We suggest making a reservation for The Tower Bar to ensure you get a spot!

Coler Mountain Bike Preserve

This is one of our favorite weekend activities in Bentonville. Airship Coffee is tucked away in the woods, about a 20-minute walk from the parking lot. With its cool, unique architecture and delicious coffee, it’s a hidden gem you don't want to miss!

University of Arkansas

The place where Josh and I met—the University of Arkansas! While in Northwest Arkansas, especially if you haven't been on campus before (and especially if you have high school-aged children), we encourage you to explore our beloved alma mater in Fayetteville. The campus grounds are stunning, and there's so much to do in Fayetteville. It's a must-see and a place we hold very dear to our hearts!

Fayetteville Historic Square

So many cherished memories have unfolded on the Fayetteville Square! From mornings at the farmers market to moments with friends before Kappa Delta &amp; Sigma Nu formals, double dates at our favorite spots for bites and drinks, exploring local shops, and enjoying Arkansas's finest Christmas lights display, the Fayetteville Square holds a special place in our hearts. Here are some highlights: Arsaga's for avocado toast and coffee, Cheers at the Old Post Office for comfort food and stunning views, Feed &amp; Folly for appetizers and a rooftop experience, Tula for Mexican cuisine and cocktails, The Vault or Guisingers for drinks, Urban Cellars for wine in a fantastic setting, and Maxine's Tap Room, Fayetteville's oldest bar, for memorable evenings. For shopping, Riffraff, Stache, Skye on the Towne, and Lola are favorites! We hope you enjoy these spots as much as we do!

Devil's Den State Park

For an active pre-wedding activity, Devil's Den State Park, located approximately 45 minutes south of Bentonville, boasts numerous stunning trails suitable for all fitness levels. The renowned Yellow Rock Trail, a 3-mile route, leads to a breathtaking lookout point, showcasing some of the park's most scenic views!

Bentonville Brewing Company

Bentonville Brewing Company serves up some truly unique beers that break the mold of traditional brewing styles and categories. It's got a great vibe right in the heart of Bentonville!

Fossil Cove Brewing Company

Definitely our top brewery in Northwest Arkansas! Josh loves their Birch Avenue Blonde, and Lillian's all about their spicy Bloody Mary. Their pizza food truck has some of the best pizza in the area. The atmosphere's always spot-on for making great memories!

Our favorite cocktail lounge in Bentonville offers amazing drinks, a cool atmosphere, a great patio, and delicious food! Located just off the square, its a must-visit. We recommend making a reservation if possible!
