A shuttle will go from The Avid to the Venue. Guests staying at The Avid and the surrounding hotels may use the shuttle to transport to the venue.   Transportation times: To the Ceremony: 1:45-3:00 pickup at The Avid Hotel.   From the Ceremony to The Avid: 9:00-Midnight pickup will be at the entrance of the Midnight Gem parking lot   The Shuttle will run in 15 minute intervals between the hotel and venue.    *if you would like to drive to the reception and take the shuttle back you may do this cars just need to be picked up from the venue by Sunday at 10am.
