Please make sure that the hotel you are choosing is in a relatively close range to the reception venue, which is a bit outside of the village of Catskill, nearly halfway to Saugerties and close to Palenville. The address of the party is The Kaaterskill, 424 High Falls Road Ext, Catskill. It would definitely be also worth having a look at the wide range of mountain lodges, small inns, motels and hotels in the general area, as well as Airbnb/Vrbo, or sharing an Airbnb with other guests or family members! Once we have a read on where people are staying, we may be able to arrange some shuttles if there are larger groups staying nearby that the shuttle can make stops at. Below is a general listing of some accommodations in the general region of the venue. As with these, check the address as well to make sure it's a distance/amount of time that you will feel comfortable driving late at night on dark country roads! If this is not comfortable to you, we suggest staying in one of the larger chains near I-87 near Catskill or Saugerties.

Attending the church ceremony

There is a small parking lot and a clean, pleasant public restroom for use. The only available restroom in the church is through and behind the altar, and will only be available for emergencies during the ceremony. Click on the image below to enlarge it and see the location. Parking at the churchAll Souls Church is located where three roads meet. The church requests that all ceremony guests park across the street from the church on all three sides, going along the road as far as need be, as long as traffic can pass by. GETTING FROM THE CEREMONY TO THE RECEPTION

It takes about 20 minutes to drive down the mountain from All Souls Church to The Kaaterskill. At The Kaaterskill Reception

Parking at The Kaaterskill will be on the great lawn as you enter. Please allow the attendant to direct you on the best place to park. There will be a golf cart in service shuttling people to the barn from the parking area.
