We were both drawn in by the absolute knockout on our screen, but it was the evident care and thoughtfulness behind the other's profile that caused the mutual right swipe.

On a crisp evening at Oxbow, two eager singles arrived for their first date. Despite the heater at our table running out of propane mid-dinner, the night was kept cozy with delicious pizza, refreshing beer, and engaging conversation. (Although, to be honest, Lilly's toes may have been slightly chilled.) We both left pleasantly surprised by the effortless connection we'd made. Intrigued and interested to learn more!

Although we've both agreed it was official before this date, this was the day that the titles of girlfriend and boyfriend were officially confirmed.

Our first picture together! Apparently, we were too busy making memories to remember to document any of them before this. Thankfully, Judi (Chris's Mom) captured this one of us before we headed out on our first road trip to Mass together for Nate's (Chris's Brother) birthday!

We spent the weekend in NYC with Molly (Lilly's Sister) and Camila (One of Lilly's Best Friends). This was our first big trip together, and it was where we saw our first concert together!

Our summer was filled with Chris's delicious pizza, game nights, and lots of quality time with friends and family.

Lilly met the two most important people in Chris's life, Emerson and Charles (Chris's sons), and they've had her wrapped around their fingers ever since.

Our first hike together! Chris is an avid hiker during the warmer months and happily slowed his pace a bit to bring Lilly along on a few of his hikes last year. We're looking forward to doing many more once the weather warms back up!

Best. Day. Ever. Chris surprised Lilly by having Oxbow open just for us on the anniversary of our first date. He'd worked with the chef to curate a menu of all of our favorites from our first date and return visits to Oxbow since. We spent the night reminiscing about our year together and planning for our future. Before dessert, Chris got down on one knee and popped the big question. Lilly could not have said yes any faster.

Now we've been planning our big day and are so excited to celebrate with all of you!
