Our Wedding

Ryan and I met over text through one of my freshman year roommates, Ashley. I needed a date to my first sorority formal, and she knew he liked to dance! Two days later, we met and talked at Bellarmine’s cube sculpture for about an hour and a half, and I was charmed by his kindness and how easy he was to talk to. Ahead of the formal, we hung out as friends after a couple of sorority meetings to get to know each other. After one of those nights, he nervously asked me out on a date for after the formal. The rest is history. Since that time, we have grown together in our education, our careers, and our lives. We’ve made wonderful memories traveling and spending time with each other’s families. That time to learn and grow truly confirmed we wanted to spend our lives together. On September 24, 2022, Ryan popped the question at the Parklands fountain with the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen. I still stop and stare at it to this day! We can’t wait to see what the future brings and to celebrate our love with our loved ones on June 15!
