Float The Boise River

Depending upon weather and if the Float has begun, we are hoping to have a group float on Wednesday, June 17th!

Starting early in the day (10ish) It's about a two-hour float.

Children under 4 not recommended. Feel free to check out the website! All equipment is for rent.

The Village is a wonderful outdoor mall to shop your heart out! Great restaurants, movie theater, play area with musical fountain!

Churches: Rockharbor Church (Lester's home church) 5 very busy services, parking is very difficult, go 30 minutes early!!

Boise

Restaurant's: Moon's Kitchen Cafe (Best breakfast in Boise), Fork, Bittercreek Alehouse (great burgers and fries), Tupelo Honey, The Wylder, Barbacoa (Idaho's Favorite, reservations a must), Bacon Boise (breakfast)

Church: Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist (Wedding and Desmond's church) It is beautiful! Parking is tricky, go early!

MUST SEE and more: Scheels in Meridian (you have to see to believe, something for everyone), The "Albertsons Market Place" (3499 E Fairview in Meridian) Great place to eat, have a glass of wine, grocery shop and Idaho merch!

McCall (2 hour drive to a lovely mountain town on Payette Lake

Hot Springs: Kirkham Hot Springs (short hike)

The Springs A Mountain Hot Springs Retreat at Idaho City,

Bogus Basin Recreational Area

Lucky Peak Lake

Sawtooth Mountians (breathtaking), RedFish lake and the small town of Stanley (3 hour windy but worth it road trip!)

If you have time to add onto your trip, take a couple days and visit Sun Valley (home of the 1st American ski chair lift, known for its upscale restaurants, shops, hotels and famous people.

There is lots of fishing in Idaho. You might want to pack your pole! Ponds, rivers and lakes!
