Although we love your children, due to budget/space constraints, we ask that only adults attend. (Unless your child is listed on the invitation).

-Yes, we encourage cowboy boots! Any nice dress shoes are acceptable as well. -No white or cream attire. -Men can only wear jeans if they are paired with cowboy boots and a nice shirt. (No t-shirts allowed). -Women are expected to wear dresses or skirts with a nice blouse. If these options are not comfortable for you, nice dress pants or pantsuits are acceptable as long as they are paired with a nice blouse. -We know it is winter and winter attire is expected, but please change out of your winter attire upon entering the building. We will have a designated area for your coats, hats, gloves, scarves, etc. -We want to avoid wet, slippery, dirty floors, so please wipe your shoes off on the mat upon entering the building if there is snow.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the Swan Barn Door.

We are currently still deciding on beverage options.

Our wedding party will be staying at the wedding location, so there will not be hotel rooms or blocks. Our recommended hotels that are close by are listed in the travel section of this page. We are in Wisconsin Dells, with more hotels than we know what to do with, so any you prefer will be okay.

Unfortunately, the ceremony location is not wheelchair accessible. The reception location does have a ramp around back, but it may be hard to access in the snow.

Yes! We will be serving our dinner buffet style. There will be a three-entree buffet featuring: 1. Honey Teriyaki Tenderloin Tips 2. Grilled Chicken Bruschetta [Gluten Free, Contains Nuts] (Applewood grilled pesto marinated chicken breast, topped with a tomato basil bruschetta). 3. Butternut Squash Ravioli [Vegetarian] (With creamy Alfredo sauce). There will be two sides available: 1. Garlic Mashed Potatoes [Gluten Free] 2. Gourmet Mac & Cheese. There will be one vegetable option: 1. Roasted Corn. Dinner will also be served with a house salad and dinner rolls with butter.

Yes, a kids' meal is available. It includes: Chicken nuggets, Mac & Cheese, and Applesauce.
