Tess is an adorable little hood rat. She hops, skips, and cartwheels around Montclaire, NJ, pickin' pockets and stealing hearts and lawn ornaments. Last year she formed a gang consisting of a shaggy mutt named Lucy, her grandmother, and the 13 year old twins who live next door. They spend their afternoons keying cars and yelling.
