Yes absolutely, our day wouldn't be complete without all of our attendants, big and small! Forewarning, there is water access to a river at the reception venue so please keep a close eye on your children.

The reception will begin at 5pm, please arrive right on time to ensure you see the sunset view over the water. The reception is held at Boone Hall Plantation & Gardens - 1235 Long Point Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464

I highly recommend grabbing a quick celebratory drink at Palmetto Brewing Co. which is just a short walking distance from the Church and shares the same parking lot.

Yes, you will be directed towards parking once entering the Plantation grounds. Parking is not a far walk from the Reception location but a golf cart will be provided for transport from the parking lot for those who need it. You can also leave your car overnight at the Plantation if you need to.

Nick and Lilly have provided several room blocks in Downtown Charleston and Mount Pleasant areas, please see the travel page for further details. Some other favorite hotels of Nick and Lilly's would be Hotel Bennett, The Charleston Place, Hotel Emeline, Moxy Hotel and any of the quaint local Inn's.

Please be comfortable in cocktail/semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and slacks and button down/polo for men, no tie necessary.

Please come in formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or dressy separates.

Weather can vary from a warm sunny and 75 or a chilly 50-60 degree night. I would anticipate to bring a jacket for when the sun goes down but we will also provide heaters in case it's a chilly night.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a selection of food stations with several types of cuisine to choose from, including beef, chicken and local seafood.
