Hi everyone! Lily said I'm good at writing (Thank you Lily!) so I get the pleasure of writing about one of the best moments of our lives, how we met! We were both excited about the evening. I was excited about a concert, Lily, a small dinner party with some close friends. Then came the announcement: covid lockdown. My concert, and every other event was cancelled, except one: the dinner party! News of this small gathering spread and reached my roommates and me. We did our typical 45 minute drive to the city, excited to have some fun with my friends, all the while not knowing that my life was going to change forever. I found myself being completely intrigued by someone named Lily's art, plants, books and more. So clearly I had to find out who it was. Little did I know that someone was whispering about me saying that I was touching all of her things, so she clearly needed to come confront me in person (my plan worked). We chatted, laughed and then exchanged numbers on one condition, that I make her dinner the following night, and the rest is history. I found the funniest, most beautiful woman in the world, and I can't wait for you all to come celebrate our love with us! - Dave
