I noticed Lily for the first time when she began attending our Churches Grace Group. I literally thought, “Wow she’s absolutely beautiful and she loves Jesus?! I have to get to know this woman!” So that’s exactly what I did!

Every time I got to hangout with Lily and get to know her more I fell more and more in love. Lily’s beauty inside and out is evident to anyone who knows her. Her bubbly personality, love for Jesus, high noble character, attention to detail, hard work, and sense of humor are just a few of the reasons I love her!

Lily made me the happiest man on earth when I FINALLY got to take her on our first date. Then she made me even happier when she said yes to marrying me!

Loving Lily has been the greatest adventure of my life and I’m so thankful to continue our adventure together forever!

I was invited to Grace Group by a dear friend in the fall of 2022. I then continued to attend Grace Group and get involved in BGC. That fall, Kohltin asked members from GG to help him with his Night Market stand and make crepes. Thinking it was a grace group activity and wanting to make friends, I said of course I could help raise money for a good cause.


A couple weeks before Night Market, Kohltin asked if I could come and practice making crepes, I said yes. I went over to his apartment and it was only the two of us.🙈


As a non quitter, I decided to keep helping Kohltin even though this was no longer a Grace Group activity. This was when I became friends with Kohltins little sister and I thought to myself, well at least I made one friend through this event.


After night market, Kohltin and I didnt have a reason to hang out so we didnt. And somewhere in there, I started to miss his friendship.


At some point we started texting again and started to hang out in group settings. And yes, I did make him wait until July to take me on an official date.


And he did. Kohltin also asked me to be his girlfriend that very night... fast forward 5 months and now we are getting married♥️
