Parking at the venue is limited, so we have arranged buses to shuttle guests from the Bawley Point area to the venue. The buses will run at scheduled times before the ceremony and after the reception. We will provide more details and a schedule closer to the event, so you can plan accordingly!

The ceremony is at 3pm. Please arrive a little early so you can get settled before we start.

After the ceremony, we will stay on the lawns for cocktail hour beginning at 4pm. Enjoy some drinks, appetisers, and the chance to mingle while we get ready for the reception.

The reception will begin at 6pm, following cocktail hour. Make your way up to the venue from the lawns along the boardwalk. Get ready for night of dinner, dancing and celebration! Our venue has a strict 11pm curfew, and we ask guests to please adhere to this. We have arranged buses to take you back into Bawley Point after the reception.

Yes, your beautiful kids are welcome to join us on our special day however to adhere to the rules of the venue, they will need to leave by 9pm. Feel free to have baby sitters/family members etc to come and pick them up from the venue so you can party with us for a couple more hours.

Due to limited numbers, we are only able to invite plus-ones who are specifically named on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, please feel free to bring a guest! If you have any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out.

The dress code is cocktail attire. We want everyone to feel stylish and comfortable, so think elegant yet relaxed - perfect for an afternoon and evening of celebration. Think dressy, but not too formal. Please no jeans or crocs x

Yes, there is a lot of accomodation nearby Bawley Vale Estate. Bawley Point, being only 5 minutes from the venue, has so many options on airbnb and booking.com. There are also caravan parks in the area. We have a list of recommended places to stay and more details in one of the tabs above.

Yes, we will have a wishing well at the venue where guests can place cards and well wishes for us. If you would like to bring a card, it will be the perfect spot to leave it!
