How Did Ryan and Lily Meet?

Ryan and Lily met through mutual friend Grant McHaney. Grant and Ryan have been friends since high school. Grant and Lily met at CrossFit Fairmount in Philadelphia. Grant came back home to Wenatchee in July of 2020 and asked Lily to drive his dog Monte across the country. Lily and Ryan met when Grant invited them on a hike up Lake Colchuck. Grant decided to run down the mountain and left Lily and Ryan behind. Ryan came to visit Lily in Philadelphia in November of 2020 and after several months of dating long distance Lily moved to Wenatchee in May of 2021.

Proposal:

Lily, Ryan and friends Rick Kerrone, Tyler and Kaitlyn Kennedy and Gary and Jenny Hymer went on a trip to Stehekin, Washington at the top of Lake Chelan. While exploring Rainbow Falls, Ryan invited Lily out to a rock to take a picture in front of the waterfall. When turning around to get off the rock, Ryan took out the ring and proposed. Lily screamed out of shock and fell to the ground. Gary, who was off to the side and unaware of Ryan's plans, thought Lily might've gotten injured.
