Our journey began on a dating app! Tyler was arriving back to Dallas from a summer in Illinois and Lily had been living in Dallas for a few months. Upon her arrival at the first date, Lily noted that Tyler sported a resemblance to her favorite celebrity crush, while Tyler noted that his future wife had run quite fashionably late. Although, he quickly forgave her and asked to make it official just a few dates in.

After many date nights, joint adventures with our dogs, and vacations later, we celebrated two years together in October. Tyler proposed during our most recent trip to London as we strolled along the River Thames and came upon two swans.

We are so excited for the future. We pray for a healthy and fulfilling marriage, grounded in love and faith. We are grateful for our blessings and trust that God’s guidance will lead us through every challenge and joy.
