PSA!You'll have to walk a decent amount on gravel to get from the parking lot to the area where the ceremony will be held. That being said, ladies, we don't recommend wearing stiletto heels or anything difficult to walk in on gravel!

Q + A

RDU is the main airport in NC. It's about 30 minutes from the venue. They have rental cars available at the airport as well, should this be something you desire.

Raleigh-Durham International Airport

This is a budget-conscious hotel at the airport if you wish to be as close to the airport as possible and save money.

Quality Inn & Suites RDU Airport

This is another hotel by the airport. It's about 5 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the venue. It's a little pricier than the first one, but still very affordable and has good reviews.

Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Durham Airport

Here's the closest hotel to the venue if you wish to stay in one!

Home2 Suites by Hilton Sanford

Here's another hotel nearby, but a little bit further away from the venue.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sanford by IHG

If you prefer Air B&amp;B over a hotel, there are plenty of reasonably priced ones in Sanford close to the venue, some costing as low as $120 per night. Could be something to look into!

Travel

This is our favorite escape room in Raleigh. We've already done all of the rooms, and we would recommend any of them if this is something you're into!

Nerd Escape Room Raleigh

This is our favorite mini golf place. They have really cool courses and an arcade inside! It's definitely worth checking out if you're staying nearby.

ParTee Shack

Crabtree is our main mall here in Raleigh. It doesn't compare to the Mall of America, but it's big enough to get lost in for a few hours if you so desire!

Crabtree Valley Mall

Crossroads is a cute place in Cary that's right outside of Raleigh and not far from Moncure/Sanford. They have a strip mall there with lots of common stores. Interestingly enough, they also have a Duluth Trading Co. there! It's a good place to waste time when you're bored.

This coffee shop only hires people with special needs. It's really cute and very wholesome! This is close to the Raleigh area.

Esteamed Coffee

This is one of Lily's family's favorite local restaurants. It has great Italian food, and the best gluten-free pizza around if you eat gluten-free! We'd recommend trying it while you're in town in you're staying in Sanford.

La Dolce Vita Pizzeria

This is our local ice cream shop in Pittsboro (about 17 minutes from the venue). It's a Pittsboro favorite, so Lily highly recommends checking it out at some point during your stay!

S & T's Soda Shoppe

We have a lot of good restaurants down here. People down here LOVE to eat, so honestly, the restaurants are some of our best attractions. Some more recommendations include (but aren't limited to): - Amedeo's Italian (Raleigh)- Burger Village (Raleigh)- Bojangles (popular southern fast food, could be worth checking out if you're from up north)- BJs (Cary)- Carolina Brewery (Pittsboro)- Cracker Barrel (also easy to find down here and a good experience for someone from the north)- Red Robin (Cary)- The MOD (Pittsboro) ... And more! Bottom line, try lots of food while you're down here. Haha!
