Our story began at Atherton High School in forensic science class. We quickly became friends over Thanksgiving break after Zach thanked me for following him on Twitter and him telling he was "single as a pringle." We continuously spoke throughout our senior year and I quickly came to the realization that I was going to spend forever with him. After high school we went our separate ways. We had our own lives while still remaining friends, but it wasn't the same as high school. We focused on ourselves and what we both wanted out of life. Fast forward to 2020, out of nowhere I get a message from the one and only. I was in shock and immediately told my friends and family about it, who all had some reservations about me letting him back into my life after he broke my heart in high school. I didn't let him back into my life that easily, but he was persistent. We talked about life and what we had done up to that point. Turns out we had a lot of things in common we didn't know about before. For our first date he took me to Olive Garden and turns out we shared a loved for pasta too. After what felt like forever (and the constant badgering) he finally asked me to be his girlfriend. He started coming to our family dinners on Thursdays at Nick's and just threw himself into my huge crazy family. After a short 3 months we decided to move in together, which everyone said was insane. Living together was a true test to our relationship. I was finally able to meet the two kids that are now an integral part of my life. And now here we are, just 2 short years getting ready to really start forever.
