Hi, I’m Kennedy! I grew up in Overland Park, KS and Lily, Scott, and I went to Blue Valley Northwest High School. Lily and I became fast friends despite being in different grades. We would always watch Scott’s baseball games together and both attended the Center for Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS) program because we both wanted to go into the medical field. We spent countless hours “studying”…which really means talking each other’s ears off and laughing until we were both in tears on the floor. Now I work in pediatrics! I moved to Olathe with my boyfriend. Lily followed shortly after, buying a house just 5 minutes away from me (obviously because she wants to be close to me😉). And now that she has Daisy—her and Scott’s Australian Shepherd—our fur babies are besties just like their mommy’s. Lily is my ray of sunshine and I cannot imagine who I would be without her.

Hey y’all! I’m Cole Duensing and I am the brother of the groom as well as his best man. I grew up in Overland Park but I now live in Lenexa with my girlfriend, Cooper. I am still chasing my dream as I am in my 9th season playing professional baseball. I cannot wait to celebrate the beautiful couple!!

Hi! I’m Morgan Murphy! I grew up in Olathe, Kansas and I now live in Overland Park, Kansas! I am a nurse at KU Medical Center on an urology and gynecology oncology floor. I met both Lily and Scott through my fiancé, Josh Fiene. The four of us met by going golfing together and me and Lily hit it off immediately. And since then, we have been close friends. You can find us girls talking about our nursing stories while our boys are getting their hands dirty, usually building something like a putting green in the backyard. It is usually a weekly basis that the four of us go on double dates, hang out with the friend group, or go out for drinks and food. We enjoy adventures; a memorable one was when Scott, Josh, and I devised the plan for Scott to propose to Lily at Josh’s lake. We even went on a trip together with a bunch of friends to Nashville!

Hello, I’m Josh Fiene! I grew up in Overland Park, KS where I currently have a house and I own a residential rental property company. I have known Lily since 5th grade when I first moved schools. From 5th grade on, Lily and I have been best friends. I have also known Scott and his family for a very long time. Growing up, I played baseball with Scott’s older brother, Cole. Once high school hit, Scott and I became very good friends and eventually became inseparable after our senior year baseball season. Now, Scotty and I are the best golf scramble duo this world has ever known. I am thankful to know both the lovely bride and groom very well! 💙

My name is Bri! I have known Lily since we were both in diapers, playing dress up in our mamas’ heels. We were next door neighbors for the first few years of our lives until I moved away, but that did not hinder our sisterhood. In fact, Lily was my maid of honor in my wedding! We have kept in really good touch since we moved out of Kansas; we were “pen pals” in elementary school and our families make memorable trips to see each other every year. I now live in Phoenix, Arizona with my husband, Soren, where I work as a senior credit analyst at Western Alliance Bank. I am very honored to stand with Lily and Scott as they step into marriage.

Hello I’m Cole O’Brien! I went to Kansas State University and moved to Roeland Park after college. I currently work for Voya as an investment advisor for college university faculty members. I am childhood friends with Scott and Lily, as we also attended school together. If anyone needs a sure-fire parlay, I’m your guy.

Hi! I’m Jordan and I met Lily when we both worked at Home Depot and we have been attached at the hip since! When Lily would come home from college on weekends, we would sing karaoke at The Other Place, have game night, or find a craft to do together (although, Lily was very dedicated to school so one time I painted a beer pong table in her backyard while she studied and kept me company). I currently work for Home Depot and manage IT equipment for all of the Kansas stores. I grew up in Overland Park and recently bought a house in Gardner with my husband, Joe, and our two dogs. A fun fact is that Lily and I share a birthday!

Hello, I’m Dallas Wrinkle! I first met Scott in middle school where we quickly became friends through sports and classes we shared. Lily and I first met through mutual friends in high school, and we had our fun running our high school’s store, the BVNW Dawg House. Currently, I am the assistant manager of a rock climbing gym, and I am well-known as the 175th best disc golfer in the world.

I’m Rachel! I was born in Overland Park and lived down the street from Lily. We were inseparable! We got to grow up together and share so many memories. To this day, she has my old home phone number memorized because she would call me everyday, “can Rachel come out and play?” We would carpool to school every morning and then walk home together. She loved coming with me to church on Wednesday nights; the other week nights consisted of our competitive swim practices. We laughed a lot, thinking about how we could one day win America’s Funniest Home Videos (AFV). We played barbies, mermaids at the pool, Webkinz, and Littlest Pet Shop. We loved watching movies during our weekly sleepovers, especially The Grinch, Camp Rock, and Soul Surfer. She loved Justin Bieber and I admired the Jonas Brothers. Eventually, my family moved to Texas around the start of high school, but every now and then, Lily and I would catch up through FaceTime or I would visit her in Kansas. I currently live in Houston, as a middle school English teacher. I am so excited to be there with her on her wedding day!

I’m Zach Taylor, born and raised in Overland Park and still living here. I work as a HVAC Controls engineer for a company called Building Controls and Services. I grew up with Scott playing sports and when we went to school together, we would play basketball in my driveway most days after class. I became close friends with the couple during high school as well. I am grateful to be friends with Scott and Lily, and honored to be a groomsman!
