The plan is to have the ceremony outdoors, then the cocktail hour and reception indoors in the barn. The barn is not climate controlled, so please dress according to the weather. If there is bad weather, we will have a covered rain plan for the outdoor ceremony.

Yes - there will be parking on-site. However, we encourage you to carpool when possible to conserve parking space. For hotel guests staying in the room block, there will also be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back.

Please aim to arrive at 3:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to park, walk to the ceremony site, and get settled before we begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We would love to avoid any interruptions during the ceremony!

Semi-Formal. We would love to see you dressed up! Think dresses, suits, etc. (no jeans please). The outdoor ceremony will be on grass, so please make appropriate footwear decisions accordingly.

While we love your kids, we have chosen to have an adult-only wedding. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to leave the kiddos at home so that you can celebrate with us!

We have reserved a hotel block for the weekend of the wedding at the Hampton Inn in Solon, a 15-20 minute drive from the venue. To receive the group rate for the hotel, please book your room at this link by April 25, 2024. The link to book is on the travel page of this website. If you are planning to camp instead, Punderson State Park is a nearby lake-side campground that has RV and tent sites as well as cabins.

Yes! We will provide beer, wine, and signature cocktails during cocktail hour and throughout the night.

We will be collecting RSVPs digitally on this website. Your formal invitation will provide further instructions and deadlines for RSVPs - no need to worry about it until you receive your formal invitation closer to the wedding!

The wedding party will be dressed in shades of blues with peach, pink, and orange accents.

Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself, but if you would like to get us a gift, we are registered at Target and Crate & Barrel.
