A 48-hour cancellation is required on all individual reservations. A no show fee (1) nights room and tax, will be incurred if cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.

The standard room rate for this group room block is: $149.00, plus 15% occupancy tax, per room night.

Parking: The current rate per night for self-parking is $19.00, per car in the attached Church Street parking garage.

Please note: If a guest needs to cancel their guestroom reservation, 72 hour's notice prior to arrival is required or one night’s room and tax will be charged.
