WHAT DO I NEED TO BE AWARE OF:

Unlike a traditional Saturday wedding, our wedding day will be held on a Sunday at 3:30PM Central Time Zone. Please be aware of this detail of day and time!

RSVPING CLARIFICATION:

You will have one of two options to RSVP to: Ceremony only OR both Ceremony & Reception. First, you will be prompted to RSVP to the "Ceremony Only". If you wish to attend the ceremony only, please select the "attend" button for all in your party. You will then select decline on the next page for both events. If you wish to attend both Ceremony and Reception, please select the decline button on the "Ceremony Only" tab for all in your party, and select next. You will then be prompted to respond to the both events selection where you will select the attend button. If you wish to attend neither, Ceremony Only and Both Ceremony and Reception, please mark the decline button for all pages! If any problem arises and needs guidance, please feel free to reach out to us!

IN REGARD TO RSVPING:

Please RSVP as soon as possible. There will be a RSVP selection for ceremony only or both ceremony and reception. However, the RSVP deadline is April 20, 2025. If your RSVP is not received by this date, we will regretfully mark you as "no". Due to catering and providing the venue with a total guest number in a timely manner, we hope you can understand! Please RSVP if you are OR are not attending! When RSVPING, the amount in your party will be given. To keep things cozy, we carefully selected the guest list, and we kindly ask that you come with the guest(s) we have specified for you, and no additions will be made.

IN REGARD TO THE CEREMONY (PHOTOGRAPHY):

Due to hiring an exceptional photographer to capture our day, we would appreciate if phones/cameras are put away during the ceremony, as our photographer will capture our perfect moments! We would be more than happy to pose for a picture later for you!

IN REGARD TO DRESS CODE:

We want you dressed up, as this will be a semi-formal event! Please NO jeans, shorts, and absolutely NO white/neutral tones. We appreciate florals & spring pastels to match the vibes! For the ladies, dresses, dressy shirt and skirt, or pantsuit! For the men, button up shirts, khakis/slacks, or suits. We hope that our vision will be honored, as dress code will be enforced! The bridesmaids will be in yellow!

IN REGARD TO THE CEREMONY (ARRIVAL):

Please be on time – as you will not be allowed to enter the ceremony area after 3:20PM Central Time Zone. We hope to have an uninterrupted ceremony as much as possible. If you are late, we will join you at the reception!

IN REGARD TO THE CEREMONY (KIDS):

For guests with children, please slip away from the ceremony if children become ill or talkative in anyway! We would appreciate an uninterrupted ceremony as this is an important time in our life!

IN REGARD TO GIFT GIVING:

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift. However, if you are in the giving spirit, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be very welcomed. We are also registered at Target, Bainbridge Pharmacy and Amazon. Anything is appreciated!
