Lina & Jeremy

October 10, 2026 • Denver, CO
142 Days To Go!

Lina will keep populating this page as we go so check back or message her if you have a question not answered.

But first...caution.

Altitude

Be aware of the altitude. Most of our guests are coming from lower elevations who are not used to Denver let alone mountain altitude and it's effects. Denver is at about 5000 ft above sea level and the venue is at almost 9000 ft. For reference, most other major US cities sit below 1000 ft.

- If possible, arrive in Denver at least the day before to gain some acclimation to the area.

- Drink more water than you normally do.

- If driving into the mountains, make stops to assess your comfort before climbing to higher elevation.

- Drinking alcohol will impact you more than at lower elevations due to the lower oxygen content at high elevation.

- You may notice it's harder to hike, climb stairs, exercise, etc. The altitude can also cause dizziness and the feeling of not fully catching your breath (some associate it with the feeling of initial panic attacks). Don't Panic! Have a seat or stop driving. Drink some water and rest until you feel better. If the feeling does not subside or feels worse, go to lower elevation.

Here's a website for more information on acclimation and altitude sickness:

That being said, don't panic! Most people can adjust to elevation and enjoy themselves. You know yourself best so take precautions and be aware of the signs.

Drinking and Driving

Please don't.

Ok now to the questions

Where's my invite?

As a sustainability nerd, Lina thought rather than spend money, energy and material on something that will end up in the trash eventually, let's just keep it all online! No need to worry about losing the invite or forgetting information - everything you need at your fingertips. Plus, now that money can go towards more food ;)

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP before August 1, 2026 although sooner is always better for the Type A bride!

Do I get a plus one? Are kids included?

We tried to include everyone on the invite/Save the Date that went out but life obviously changes. When you go to RSVP on the website it should show who is in your group. Kids are certainly invited! If you have a new addition to your family or we accidentally forgot someone, reach out!

What if I have a food allergy/restriction?

We know our guests have a variety of diets. Dinner will be a buffet and we will ensure there are food options for: gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan guests. Please list your dietary preferences when you RSVP!

What should I bring for visiting Colorado?

Colorado is a sunny dry place (except when it's snowing -- we hope there won't be any of that this early in the year). Bring (or buy when you get here): -Sunglasses -Sunblock (if you plan on spending lots of time outside -- you're closer to the sun which means sunburns happen more quickly) -Chapstick -Lotion -Weather can be unpredictable any time of year! Check the weather before packing and bring layers just in case.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Wear whatever fancy clothes you feel comfortable in! Wear that outfit you bought for a nice occasion and wore once. Use it as an excuse to buy a new outfit. Whatever! Lina does not care if you wear red, or a pattern on a white background, a light color that looks white in certain lighting, or whatever things are supposedly off limits. Just note that at higher elevation the temperatures can be a bit more chill. The ceremony will be outside, and the reception inside. There will be outdoor heaters and the building will be heated but if you're prone to being cold, bringing something warm to wear over may be a good idea. There will be coat racks in the venue.

How should we get to the venue?

We will have shuttles for transportation! We'd like for most guests to use this option. Please see the travelling page.

Is everything at one location?

Yes! We love the idea of no empty time and no travelling back and forth. The ceremony will be on the main balcony, cocktail hour will directly follow on the side balcony, and the ceremony will be inside the building.

Where is your gift registry?

If you haven't seen yet, we already have a house full of useful, comfy, and silly stuff. At this time in our life, what we really value is experiences (dinners out and travel) and upgrading what we have (home improvement, fun little house projects....a hot tub one day). If you want to provide a gift, we would love help with these funds. We also understand times are tough so if your gift is your presence, we appreciate that equally as much. We also enjoy heartfelt notes, homemade gifts, time tested advice, and your dance moves in the second half of the evening.

Can I take photos?

You are welcome to take photos of the beautiful venue, scenery, selfies and group pics prior to and after the ceremony. We will have an unplugged ceremony. We have hired an awesome photographer who will be capturing the big day and we'd like her photos of the ceremony to be free of other people's phones. She will also be taking group family photos following the ceremony.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We love an open bar wedding and we wouldn't be true Wisconsinites without one. Please remember to pace yourself and drink water since the venue is at high altitude.

Is this everything?

Probably not...feel free to talk to Lina if you have any questions. You can try asking Jeremy but we cannot guarantee a correct answer ;) All questions on the day of the wedding can be directed to the Bridal BFFs or Day of Coordinator.
